My Life Issue 5

Yes, and once again I am back with a new update on My Life. And, as usual, I'll talk about a lot of crap.
Books
I am here today to praise Darren Shan's incredibly cool and hugely addictive series The Demonata. His last series was The Saga of Darren Shan, which is equally awesome and terrifying, but The Demonata just beats the guts out of me everytime! I cannot begin to talk about how much I love this series... I have just finished the eight book of the series, Wolf Island. It was GREAT, but my favorite books so far is Demon Thief and Demon Apocalypse. (Yes, I have a thing for demons!) The books are a fast and pleasent read. Time practically flies by while you're reading.
While Darren's current series, The Demonata, is about Demons, his previous series, The Saga of Darren Shan, was about Vampires. And that series is the best twelve books written about Vampires EVER. It's a complete re-imagination of the Vampire-idea, and a great one at that! There are twelve books, an epic, original story and twists behind every turn! When I was done with The Saga, I waited eagerly to see what Darren was going to dig up for us next. It turned out to be a Ten Book series called The Demonata, and it started with the book Lord Loss. After I had read Lord Loss, I was hooked. Lord Loss is the story of Grubbs Grady, werewolfes, demons and dark family secrets. It's great, and addictive. And from that point on, it's only gotten better and better!
Comics
I've read the first Volume of THE GOON, and I loved it. Now I'm reading The Dylan Dog Case Files, and it is truly awesome and addicting. Oh, and I'm still writing ROADIES; I'll remember to post it here when I'm done!
Then, I've read all the way to Chaptar 18 in Gunnerkrigg Court, and it just keeps getting better! I really admire that comic, and I think you all should take a look! Here's the link, and it leads to the beginning! LINK TO GUNNERKRIGG COURT PAGE 1!
Movies & TV-Shows
I have watched the sneak preview of AVATAR. I have watched Inglourious Basterds. I have watched the first season of Eureka. And I've loved them all! The sneak preview of AVATAR was great, Inglourious Basterds was even better, and Eureka is the fun, quirky new Twin Peaks-series. (For the record, Twin Peaks is better. But Eureka is worth a watch!)
And that's it for me today! I'll be back when I get some new ideas!
